Jarvis AI : How Facebook Ceo Mark Zuckerberg Built a Bot to Control all his Home Appliances

Facebook CEO, Mark Zuckerberg on Monday 19th 2016, took the world by surprise with a video showing how he
used his artificial intelligence program, Jarvis AI, a bot Iron man fans can’t forget, and was able to control his
home, appliances, lights, temperature, music, security and other gadgets with his program.

In his post, he explained Jarvis AI, was his personal challenge for 2016, and building a program that runs just
like what we have in Iron man was a project well accomplished for him, according to Mark, his goal was to
learn about the state of the artificial intelligence, how they work and how best to further improve on them.

In his post, he said ;
“So far this year, I’ve built a simple AI that I can talk to on my phone and computer, that can control my home, including lights, temperature, appliances, music and security, that learns my tastes and patterns, that can learn new words and concepts, and that can even entertain Max.”

Jarvis uses face recognition to let my friends inautomatically and let me know.

How Facebook Jarvis AI works

Mark Zuckerberg wrote, Jarvis uses several artificial intelligence techniques, including natural language processing, speech recognition, face recognition, and reinforcement learning, written in Python, PHP and Objective C. he however went
further to explain how he was able to build the program, with few diagrams to portray his point.

I can text Jarvis from anywhere using a Messengerbot.

Essential Things About Jarvis AI

  • Jarvis is Named After the Stark Family’s Butler Turned Artificial Intelligence Servant in Iron Man
  • It can be used to connect virtually all your home appliances and electronics
  • Facebook AI was build by Mark Zuckerberg using Natural Language
  • Jarvis uses Vision and Face Recognition, and can be used to control security, doors and gate, Mark was able to use it to open the gate for his friend, Andrea
  • It also support voice and speech recognition, interestingly it can distinguish Mark’s voice from his wife’s (Getty)
  • Command can also be given via Facebook Messenger.

Jarvis uses speech recognition in my iOS app tolisten to my request for a fresh t-shir

What a great innovation by a young ceo of a popular social media (facebook) Mark Zuckerberg.
